Began in the mid 1960s and has published an annual anthology of members' poems since 1987.

On the understanding that to be a good writer one must be a reader we have a programme of talks by members on a poet or poetic form. Anyone can join in, whether they write or not.

We meet on the first Monday of the month (Bank Holidays may mean a later date) at the Naval and Military Club, Royal Terrace SS1 1DU 8pm-10pm
