The Old Waterworks

The Old Waterworks (TOW) is an artist-led charity and artists’ studios based in a former pumping station in Southend-on-Sea. TOW’s focus is to provide meaningful and quality development for artists from all backgrounds through care and consideration. In addition to this TOW offers the broader community access to the arts through workshops, events, reading groups, works in progress, film screenings and publishing.
